There were changes that needed to be made but they could have done so much better. Instead it is one size fits all, making employees move for no reason, not allowing staffing number changes by attrition and instead pushing people out the door, etc. This company is now handling things like it's the 1960's. Everyone in a cube, guided by numbers, no input, no flexibility in work arrangements, and just accept it without question. Tipsord and his useful idiots have broken the bonds of trust and created a work environment of people who don't care. What a terrible leader. And nothing is being done to push back on disastrous ideas.

It truly is accurate. My function and office hasn’t even had any announcements yet and the morale and mood is just miserable . The negativity is overwhelming, even from management. No one cares. They just float through the motions.

Damn. It's almost as if Leadership is trying to accomplish all 10 things. I can't give them credit though, I believe they have blundered their way into a death spiral. This bunch can't accomplish anything more complex than eating lunch.
