Can someone please help with the grade 6 salary paid in India? Can decide accordingly whether I'm being underpaid or not?

so all Indians who work at Cisco India are millionaires (in rupees). hahaha, not bad
$2,000,000 rupees for men
$1,300,000 rupees for women (women are not allowed to drive to work)
they are paid $40K USD. If they can work the following into a conversation or in a social post- CI/CD, clouds, internets, cloud native, dividends, software, hyperscale, they get can get a signing bonus of $500 USD.
Better join Scrum Master team and teach Fibonacci series for better pay. Tech do not fetch much here.

Peanuts. Better try some other company to avoid layed-off for no reason. That is why this company do not have any annual appraisal cycle.
