Where are the EIP results for January 2018? They should be posted by now. I just saw a video and this guy said he wants to be open and forthcoming. I would like to know how our poilcy growth has been in 18.

If we are gaining policies thats a miracle because our claims servive is so lousy and its not our employees’ fault. Its the constraints theyre put under.
As of week 10 ending 3/9 total voluntary has lost 195k, 297k below plan ytd at an Enterprise level.
The last two months we’ve actually started to gain policies again. We’re still net negative since 12/31... but at least it’s heading in the right direction now.
