Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Clueless CEO's and Leadership...

"Ooops, we made tens of millions while laying people off and enriching our shareholders"

And the peons think this is incompetence, because the peons think the Executives' priorities are the same as the peons. And that is why you are a peon, because even though they do this stuff right in front of you, you still can't figure out what's going on.

Maybe one day it will dawn on you that they MEANT to sacrifice the herd for their own enrichment and they have a long term plan that doesn't depend on employees with a high morale, or employees at all.

Maybe one day you will learn to think, critically. But probably not...

I suggest: if you're here for the "right" reasons (discuss openly & support), then always read and comment with that in mind.

This includes - and I KNOW it's hard - to NOT answer trolls. It feels good to attack and win, but it promotes the troll noise, and weakens everything else.

E.g. - troll replies to this with "who are you to blah, blah, blah."
