Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

Amazon & ToysRUs

Amazon was a major contributor to the demise of Toys ‘R’ Us. Now it may take over some of the soon-to-be-abandoned storefronts.

Bloomberg reports the online retail giant is looking at the possibility of acquiring some Toys ‘R’ Us locations as it expands its brick-and-mortar footprint across the country. The stores would reportedly be used to showcase its Echo line of devices.

Amazon's share of the retail pie is 4%, but the media makes it sound like they have 50%. Well they don't, so that is what is called a "Narrative" which is a fancy word for BS.

Why would the media do that?

To accomplish exactly what it has, convince everyone that tens of thousands of stores are closing due to Amazon, instead of the obvious reason that people are broke and not spending. All about a big coverup, with corporations trying to hide layoffs and pretend they're hiring when they aren't.

Amazon won't be acquiring those locations either, that too is BS. Yes, I know, big shocker that we are lied to by the media and corporations.
