I only heard about such bonuses in the modem team, and even that from a non modem employee, so cannot atest those were legit rumors.
Some folks here definetely trolling, others, not clear. Anyhow, please report in what department were such bonuses.

Got 25% salary increase starting right away.
I guess the message is clear. If you didnt get 20% ish bonus to stay on; you are not wanted. Go leave please. The door is over there.
10% of base cash and abou15% in stocks
One time bonus of 25k plus about the same in rsu's which was half of what I got when I joined. But hey I would take it.

One year full base salary and a promise to increase the base salary 20% each year for the next two years.
RSUs (which came to about 10% of salary) vestable 1/6th every 6 months.
I got 50% of base salary for two years. Half paid up-front, half at the end of the two years
got 6.25% base salary and have to remain at least one year otherwise return the peanuts
