Will there be retention bonuses handed out this time? How much is it going to be?

Exists when you give your notice but they want to keep you. Some rumors said there were company initiated retention bonuses handed out in some teams in 2015, to slow down talent leak.
Does such a thing exist?? I heard everyone who wasn't let go last time got a tiny bonus, such as few hundred $?
So were there some special people selected for that? So you fire those you don't like or those who don't kiss your -ss and then reward tho who do slobber your-ss!

Yes. It's called a paycheck. If you do not get one, you haven't been retained.
