Let's just give a little real life facts here. If you are a manager and you keep your cost down and meet your metricsyou get a bonus-- might just be for top 100 stores. If you are on a team that makes a difference and meets certain deadlines and metrics---you get a bonus. If you are a high ranking executive you get a bonus. If you meet certain metrics as a DM regional manager-- you get a bonus. This is how it is written into most executives contracts.
If you are a rank a file employee, you do not get a bonus.
That’s not true that only VPs get bonuses. My entire team including myself got a very fat bonus last year. If your part of Sears is doing well, eg, home services, call centers... you will get something. This is usually for full time employees not on the floor or on the phone.
There are no bonuses at Hoffman......haven't been at least for the regular workers in 10 years just as there haven't been raises in 10 years unless you are promoted.
Store managers make bonuses too for keeping payroll of the worker bees come way under budget!
Bonuses??? No high level employee should be getting one! Not a cent.
Retention bonuses for the rand & file, yes yes & yes.
Well if their bonuses are stacked with the odds against them like the store levels then they are screwed too! Damn fool.
only vp and the very top bosses get bonuses
And they don’t get laid off
The rest are hard working people living paycheck to paycheck just like everybody else
Don’t talk about what u don’t know
Very few employees get bonuses, stop pretending you know what's going on. Hoping people loose their jobs is childish and sad.
