Has anyone done the Matter of Respect phone or hotline? I know someone who did and received an acknowledgment but has heard nothing further. Does anyone know who the contractor is who is doing the hotline?

This is almost funny: "As a former HR person. my suggestion is start with the hotline." Why are they former? Maybe because they used the hotline themselves?
