Got a 4 the last review cycle, as my senior management didnt like the proposed project solution chosen. Choice was driven by recommendations given by other teams as well as by schedule vs available staffing. Solution worked but definetely could be better. Execution could be better but was also limited by staffing. Got a nice bonus accompanied by a shallow stock grant.
I averaged on 5 in previous reviews. Can I be considered a low performer and put on the list due to the 4 earmark?
