come to my department and talk to the obstinate old ladies here who hates technology for trying to replace them and their entitled promotion. Automation is evil. Nothing beats paper and good old relationships even if nothing meets quality of work.

but what the company can do with the old unproductive workforce? it is not about the discrimination, look at the mother nature there old gets replaced with the strong and young, there is no free lunches in capitalism.
