If they only want 100,000 managed, how many HCM and hcmss does that mean in place?
You may have enough work now but if they layoff in April and then keep us for a month or two the number of managed members will be less. Remember they only want 100,000 managed members by the end of the year. Would like more specific info from the OP. Sorry people jumped on you when you posted this.

Right now our HCM RN team has more than enough work and members.
I have no doubt more layoffs are coming. They’re downsizing the program they don’t need many of us. If you really need your paycheck and you are feeling completely stressed out please get another job. This program is not stable. Best of luck to all of us!
Who confirmed this? My COM is saying no layoffs and was very up front about previous layoffs.
OP, where will the layoffs be? Is it based on a point in time assessment? How many ? It doesn’t make sense with the work loads being so high. Can you share any other info?
