Would someone be able to share the salary ranges for Cisco Grades 11 and 12 in RTP or San Jose?
I know that the numbers are posted internally but they are visible to blue badge folks only.

Promoted to 11 in 2009 - Salary around 145K ... When I left for a better salary 4 years later, my salary was still 145K despite having nearly perfect reviews every time.
I am grade 11 in Richardson, TX. 130K
San Jose would pay more at grade 11
If you have Cisco offer, then use it to get a better position in a different company.
I love Cisco. I bought a new BMW and my 6bdrm house is paid off. My wife has a big kitchen and nice garden. My 3 kids are in university and their tuition fee is taken care off. What more could I ask for?
You folks need to be thankful instead of bashing Cisco day 'n night.

We've only sold 14 buildings in San Jose. Constant layoffs and selling buildings is a sign of success? At least that is what my VP says...
You are forgetting that Nortel was around for 100 years before Cisco. It can happen to the best of them
@SkiO6S7-jed Rubbish! Cisco was very well established when Nortel and Lucent were around and Cisco is STILL around while both Nortel and Lucent disappeared over decades back. Bunch of frustrated Cisco employees (yes, all companies have them) bad-mouthing the hand that feeds them.
There are three zero's in the end [ '000]. Do not waste your time in this company. Another Nortel or Lucent story in making, but in a different way -it will show profit by layoff of people.
