Actually I have gotten lots of information from this Website. Our leadership isn't keen on sharing information about the big picture, so this is where I've found out what's happening in Agency, Claims and other areas of operations outside my own. It paints a picture I never would have been able to piece together without this forum.
As far as the trolls go, ignore them. There are only a few, but they are very prolific.
I'm not the original poster, but seriously this page has never been a site for information. I come here because its entertainment.

I agree with the OP. Lots of trolls here. All sorts of posts about Tipsy going to Geico and other obvious nonsense. Our resident troll(s) appear to have made multiple posts in this very thread.
Everyone who chooses to post here is not a troll because they do not agree with your point of view. In our current environment no one is safe. Anger help nothing.
It's become popular and quoted in online news articles so trolls flock. If you want this to be like corporate, start your own private page. Otherwise, just sort through the crap and find the good stuff. This is what the real world is like. You have to work for good things.

Op - and how would you know that outright lies are being spread? I suspect that you are a corporate shill being paid to sow discord and confusion. There has been a lot of very timely information shared on this site, as well as very raw emotion from those of us affected. Nice try, now don't you have a meeting to attend???
