Some of the posts got me wondering, what is better, knowing ahead layoffs are coming and have to worry for weeks/months not knowing if you'll be affected (but still have some warning to make plans for the future just in case) or having them just happen and there is no stressing ahead but there is also no backup plan?
I personally think the first option is better, but I have seen so many people say how anticipation is affecting their health that I believe for some the second truly would be a better option. I just don't know if it would feel as such at the moment.
