SM has caused excessive Return Loss on shareholders’ investments. They’ve GAINed nothing. At a time when their investments should have been amplified they faced insertion loss. The company has become unconditionally unstable.
SM should have been filtered out and rejected at the shareholders meeting yesterday.
SM should really switch with SJ.
I don't know why people think SJ will improve things; the company and it's surrounding conditions have changed dramatically since he left years ago. The way he operated back then doesn't scale with the size of the organization today. The likelihood he could turn things around is very low IMO.
I agree - SJ is an excellent replacement only hope left for Qualcomm
Annual meeting was impressive co-ordination of s---ing more life and $$$ out of the hulk. I hope the real people setup new companies and innovate and grow the next big San Diego engineering organization. This one is worn out and expiration coming due.
