Who do you know? Dates? Percentage? Also for the ppl no longer with the company but we’re with the company at the start of the year, they should still get it??

Not true. There's no Profit Sharing contribution in my Fidelity account this year. Most likely it will post this week, if prior years are any indication. It usually lags about a month behind STI payouts.
Profit sharing was given in February. It was for last year. There will be no additional for this year. So, only employees who make it to the end of the year will get another one in 2019.
