Changes coming by September

https://www.foodbusinessnews.net/articles/11040-mondelez-putting-pieces-in-place-for-organic-growth.

New strategic plans in September 2018? The end of Q3 will be here before you know it. Might make the announcement in Q2 or early Q3

We're not Keebler folks!

Nabisco wants full control.

We're not setup to go warehouse.

It took Keebler over 6 months to switch over to warehouse and they're smaller than us.

It would take over a year to switch us but that will never happen.

I totally agree! No way we make it past September. Announcement has to be coming soon. 60 day's notice required by law Mr. CAO

Funny, we kept being told, “wait to see what happens with Keebler when they lap themselves”, 4 days at .99 cents! That’s what’s happening! Pallets upon pallets of Keebler product for the busy weekend. No way we can compete. Our Memorial Day sale, which was peogrammed was cancelled. Labor Day weekend may be a stretch for us, I SPECULATE by September we are done.

Yep! Keebler club and town house are 99 cents at Kroger for memorial! They're giving it away! Nabisco can't compete with that! Game over!

We don’t make money in North America sales have been on the decline. Lots of branches close. Walmart already CAO in the south 3rd party drivers lots of shuttling trailers from branches that are closing. Remember the power of DSD is through strong sales. Where Mondelez make money is in other parts of the world and they don’t use DSD in those places. It’s not cost effective to keep paying drivers sales reps merchandisers leases on trucks and cars plus insurance. People are just not eating the unhealthy snacks like they were years ago. Not sure when we will exit but I’m sure 2018 will be our last year but they will keep saying Mondelez is committed to DSD. With Kebbler out of DSD there is no more competition and Kebbler prices are cheaper than we are and the haven’t lost any shelf space. Walmart will not allow sales reps to add much to orders so therefore it’s over. Drivers are only bringing 1 pallet per Walmart where CAO is already taking place. Good luck everyone out there 2018 the ride will be over

Wal-Marts where I am at are already CAO, it started in late February. SR or FTOR are monitoring and tweaking occasionally. It’s happening! I see signs, but I guess some don’t want to. I am networking for jobs with stores and other vendors, watching my own back. I will stay till the end, but believe me it’s ending, just not sure when...we shall see!

You guys on this site are so full of crap. Nothing will change in the next few months as we will keep doing what we currently are. Walmart is suppose to start CAO in april I keep hearing.....April is next week and no one has said anything to us yet regarding this change. Kroger may never go that way.

They've been planning this for year's. 5 year plan like Dirk said. We're the last to go and it's coming soon. Don't let Mondelez get you down and out. They don't care about us. Do what you have to do and move on

We don't make money in the u.s. i looked. If walmart and kroger are out,so are we. No way to justify longer routes and less stops. Shareholders would have a meltdown. Maximize profits. Thats all it is.

Few spots?

More like all spots!!

CAO doesn't work in DSD unless Nabisco is going to revolutionize the whole DSD industry!!

Good luck with that!

We will have routes redone with CAO. My manager has already said we will get more stores added since CAO at walmart n Kroger this summer. probably a few spots per team gone.
