Most directors and PE in India have no idea of the technology. Many are running property management sitting in their offices . And they do one more thing , send congratulations mails when some junior engineer has made a release . India site all are leaving to Intel india any ways
i.e. 25%, I dont see other functions in the list or else it would add up to 40%.
Fellows, who writes/debugs and tests the code..or do you need 60% of 33000 = ~ 19000 for 5G , which is/should be in final stages for commercialization.

Same here, director just manages a few people. Useless guys are not fired because they kiss a-- very well! What a joke. I want all these to end soon
