Nike said Thursday it has put a stop to falling sales in North America and forecast a return to growth by summer. The company issued quarterly results that delighted investors and sent Nike stock up nearly 6 percent in after-hours trading.
If this is true, then why are we hearing about more layoffs every day and seeing people fired left and right (not talking about those who deserved it for s-xual misconduct, I'm talking about other employees being shown the door every day for smallest infractions?)
