they don't care about ideas and solutions suggested, even when we offer our time to carry out the solution, nobody in management really listens. There's a loophole in the process that I call out multiple times only to be hushed. Then a freakinf VP calls the same thing 3 months later after the problems mounted to the top, and the VP is a f---ing genious for some reason. F---.
The kind of dysfunctions you seen in mid range entry storage. The storage leaders are from sustenance backgrounds. The head of MRES hasn't shipped any notable product. It shows in the stupid way the Cyclone product is being run.

It will end when the company goes down like the Titanic due to the rampant nepotism in management. Vice presidents and directors promoting their sons, daughters, nephews, nieces, boy friends, girl friends, etc to director and higher positions where they have absolutely no clue what the job should be so they micromanage to the lowest level of their org chart to make sure they can cover their own Azz when the doo doo hits the fan from above as the sales revenues continue to decline.
Had enough of the constant micromanagement and badgering, left for a better position in greener pastures where I don't have to deal with any of the irrelevant BS they keep pushing down from on high. From what I saw so far this year Mr Dell is NOT going to be happy with Q1 results, the slide continues and appears to be accelerating.
Consider our situation where Directors, seniors architects and their aids are so intelligent that they can solve any problem in this world using powerpoint technologies.
