What's up with my fellow Team Members? Why does everyone feel the need to judge and bash each other's "jobs"???? Shouldn't we be supportive of each other on a website such as this?
I think the reason people are asking about specific positions, as far as job elimination, is most likely because that is the position that they hold in the company, right? They are worried about whether they will be the next to get cut. Why do so many of you like to tell them how worthless their job is and how unnecessary their position is?
I've seen the TMS TMs bashed, receivers bashed, etc.. Pretty much every job position has been told that they are not worthy.
Unless you have actually held one of the positions that you are bashing, then you have no right to deem that position worthy, or not.
