Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Why do in house Q&A forum participators...

ask stupid questions such as this?

Example:

"Are you targeting 50+ workers to save on pension costs..etc?"

"Great question.......Yes we are doing exactly that. Since you asked this question we will divulge our potentially unlawful strategy"

If you think that this and many other equally as stupid questions obligate any one to tell the truth, while not being under oath, you need to rethink your whole thought process.

You will know when THEY want you to know, if ever, and not a minute sooner.

That is why any communications is to be taken as entertainment first and maybe informative second.

Bottom line:

Anyone will always do what is most beneficial to themselves or business no matter what the appearance appears to be..

EEOC claim mailed in re age discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, etc. I decided to speak up about unethical and probably illegal treatment I experienced.

Encouraging all experiencing discrimination to file EEOC claim.

You can set up in their system and get an appointment that is months away to then file your claim and or mail in your claim request per their website. EEOC is federal government and in many states your filed claim with EEOC also handle state investigation.

They will review and determine if they will investigate and if they do they will interview employees and request documents and seek remedial corrections, etc.

Anyone with more than 5 years experience with vendor relations or SF open questions to management already knows the answer to the question he/She is asking... Its asked deliberately to get the public response presumably for the benefit of all.

OP is a tard. Folks are not asking that as a question...it is called making a statement so everyone in the room hears it and the moderators are forced to sit and their hear formerly naive, obedient, passive, followers, SF red bleeding robots actually challenge so called "leadership" is refreshing.

You can't say that question is stupid unless you know the motivation of the person asking it. Perhaps he/she just wanted to float it out there to challenge the system, or perhaps was hoping to see if others agreed with the sentiment. Maybe it was just venting.

And no, people don't always do what is most beneficial for themselves. Often, people will try to find a happy medium wherein they can give themselves a good chance of success while taking care not to trample unfairly on others. There's a word for people who do whatever is in their own best interest without regard for the feelings or wellbeing of others. That word is sociopath. Or narcissist.
