I have never seen such a spectacle as Little Z and his latest temper tantrum. For a SVP to show such disrespect to the employees of CVE, especially at a time like this is appalling. How do we work for someone who cares so little about us? Hope our CEO is listening ... because we are waiting

Little Z is a child. He has never been respected nor will he ever be respected. Put the Driller hat back on little boy and let the real men get to work.

People want to move on. The problem is the way he handled it. I know alot of people that were excited after AP had his townhall and for 24 hrs we we started thinking this was finally the time for us to start. DZ ruined that with his childish rant. People have a perception of inequality between areas of the company. Show us that isn't true. All we want is the transparency and accountability we were promised.
Drew has neither the temperament or intelligence to be a leader. As a shareholder I think he’s an impediment to the CEO effectively enacting a recovery strategy. As an employee I find him petulant and a bully with his subordinates. There are plenty of excellent leaders in this company but he certainly isn’t one of them.
Drew has it right - deliver the message and if you don’t like it, get your package and leave. It’s fuc*ing time the whiners were put in their place and given a big helping of reality.
