Testing is not respected at Qualcomm. Our costumes are OEMs and ODMs who live to find our bugs for us. And we have a large CE team. But it should not be like this. At Microsoft, for instance, testing is as important as development.

MST is the biggest department at QC. If testing wasn't important or respected why does a test org have the most headcount?
