the middle management are very unethical, you can have a set of metrics showing horrifying mismanagement and they hide it saying let the VP find it out himself. we all know VPs are dumb. nobody finds out anything. none of the reports have integrity.

Management should practice what they preach, miss on any one of the irrelevant metrics they saddle employees with and find yourself on a PIP then pushed out the door to make room for the next raw recruit. Then they wonder why customers complain about churn in the sales ranks, try lightening up on the BS and let people do their jobs.

Dell is probably the most unethical company I've ever worked for (15 year veteran of Dell and finally quit after fifteen years)

What a joke. Dell was investigated by SEC not too long ago. They had to change the creation of service SKUs due to improper accounting . Dell was booking all revenue of a multiple year warranty in current year. Thus, revenue was overstated and liabilities (deferred revenue) were understated. In addition, does anyone really believe Tell Dell. Dell did a great marketing job on prnewswire! SMH
