The only reason Dell has loyal employees is because one can really sit on their fat buttocks doing nothing or everything poorly for decades without repercussions.

Apt description of Dr YouTube in bdc storage. A person who has done nothing for ten years other than cheap politics to survive. Spends all his time wasting time watching YouTube with no substantial technical and managerial skills these fellows are like parasites on the system.

The only reason Dell still has loyal employees is because they're either riding the gravy train in upper management or they're unable to land a position elsewhere. Good people don't leave good companies, they leave bad management, and the majority of folks that really knew the products @ Dell are long gone for greener pastures leaving the dregs to drone on into oblivion.
