Of course they are reading these posts, what exec would not? They are looking for anything that will give away who is doing the posting, and looking for valid leaks that could be traced back to the person posting. They have nothing better to do other than trying to peddle more consumer products..

VPs have nothing to do. That is true. They never deliver on roadblocks. All they do is ask ask ask and gets first class treatment. Never once being useful to the individual contributors.

I am ex-Dell, after reading some posts here, I called up my bud who is in management at location from where the guys are ranting here the most. He told me the management is well aware of these posts are reading 'em regularly. They have decided to stay cool for now.
