Diversity was catastrophic within BHI, before the merger , crackhead was promoting that concept , ending up promoting ladies to management positions that is very critical in the company,underperforming was the clear results... example what’s happened in Drilling & Wireline services.

Not many people have the cash to buy BHGE and financing it would be a challenge due to the state of the general economy and especially the strain that US shale has put on the oil industry so, yes, China is on the radar screen.

The women in Baker Hughes literally destroyed petrolite. While others are busy saving the company, the women in Baker Hughes are busy putting themselves in position. They have used diversity as their excuse not to work and just be placed in position. It's a shame how low they put themselves when they have all the chances to prove their worth in this company.

Anyone who has worked here knows the BHGE Aberdeen has the worst management in all baker worldwide. Day to day c--- ups, daily cover up and childish clowns pretending they know what they doing is normal. Absolute shambles every day is accepted.

Tho was obviously just a post to get people pissed off. Anyone who has worked here knows the special privilege women have at BHGE. Countless women with little expirence or credentials given management positions over much more competent men. In fact I can’t belive there haven’t been any discrimination lawsuits as a result.

You are confusing Equality of Opportunity with Equality of Outcome. Women have equal opportunity to apply for jobs in this company as men. Who gets the job in the end would, I hope, be based on their talent to do the job, and not on some PC driven agenda, ie positive action, to satisify Diversity targets.
