Anyone get an LTI? I've heard nothing about it this year.

Yep. Not $30K, but something. I consider it more an indicator of whether they're gonna lay me off soon, or not. Nothing more. Money certainly isn't stellar.
As nice as $30k sounds today its not worth 5 years of your life. You are better off leaving and actually making that money now. Its out there, you just have to look.
