I don't see anyone leaving .Fact is there are too many old timers who know cannot find job with equivalent pay and young guys are mostly on visa stuck with company .
I am an outsider and I will tell qualcomm is very unique .Top notch technology company with some very good hardworking engineers and equal number of morons in management who does nothing .
