Unions aren't good but they are better than not having a job and this current mess. Individual teams can unionize if need be and are treated as a union.
OTS would have to be approved by a union.

I have it on very good authority that a RP has recently contacted a headhunter. Changes are coming people, get out in front of it so you’ll be prepared. Don’t be blindly lead to the slaughter by the people above you, they don’t care about you, they’re looking to get out themselves!
Of course the rp and rvp don’t care they are already set for life.
Lol union lol so you are willing to give your hard earned money to the mafia who dont care bout you at all. Wf might not care bout you but you are still getting all your money. If the union does come well they can just shut down the store and you are out of a job. Union not worth. Bunch of crooks. They just smile to take your money. F them.
Another point: they seem to think that TM's are uneducated, ill-informed, and still full of the WFM Kool-aide.... I have heard (rumors mind you) that in the SW the RP and the RVP have spoken unfavorably about TMs and have a general disinterest in the very people that are responsible for daily activity...
contacting the UFCW is a good start..... just remember: there will be retaliation and resistance against this. It will be very difficult to rally TMs as all activity has to be done off the clock and off site. Good luck to the person(s) who get this started.
At this point, think a union is what it would take to end the madness of OTS. How do we get started?
