I have heard there are key holder mandatory trainings the next few weeks. I have been told this is due to an upcoming cut of solutions managers. Any word?

So if a sales person becomes a key holder they get an increase in pay and a lower quota to compensate the fact they will be engaged in non sales duties correct?

No F'N way. Your pay will stay the same as will the quota. When has Verizon ever increased pay or adjusted quota based on more workload?

I was a sales rep with keys way back when. Even when I was a SM we had 2 reps with keys.

GMs in my area had a big meeting Tuesday... if your area didn't have that, you may not be in an affected area. But the change is coming, if not now soon.

SM reduction tomorrow all based on head count. we have known this for weeks based on performance ratings. if you look around and you can't answer why you have so many SM. 1-2 will be gone. SM per store will be 2; some big stores will have 3.

It will be a reduction of SMs and a number of store closures for particular areas.

There will definitely be cuts in SM’s in all likelyhood to a maximum of two per store. You will know more tomorrow

The solution managers are useless get the front employees with more responsibility they will embrace it, and moral will improve with the team concept! Not us against them like it is now.

I am a 10+ year employee and an SM. I fear I will be cut first based on paY. Do we know when these cuts will take place?

I hope so. We have four SMs in my store and half of them are as useful as an ashtray on a motorcycle. There's no reason reps can't have keys. T-Mobile has operated on skeleton crews for the last five years, during unprecedented and ridiculous traffic and growth. Cut the fat.

Most stores will drop to two (2) SM’s as a normal. It won’t affect the small stores just A level locations with 3+
