Exactly. The current GM of Global Reserves could be replaced by a chimp with no noticeable loss in technical expertise.
It's sunset jobs to provide high PSG non operational roles for loyal friends. The cushiest jobs in the organization with a PSG jump in preparation for retirement. A golden parachute. No accountability / responsibility in these roles that could well be done by a talented PSG 25. There, I said it.
just watch uc d&c and etc d&c fight. they sit on the same floor and don't talk to each other. it's entertaining.
I've been asking this for years. We have too many segregated groups trying to do the same thing with different drivers.

It’s another opportunity to have a PSG 26 manager and PSG 28 GM. That is the whole point.
