@lbz it's not Microsoft's fault that Qualcomm makes crappy connected PC platforms.
One would have thought that Microsoft learned their lesson with ARM on the Surface RT fiasco?
It might perform like a 486, but at least it it can stay POWERED ON ALL THE TIME!!! YAY!!!
