Clueless leadership with no new ideas nor vision attempting to give investors a new shiny object to look at so it minimizes the exposure to the fact that they are clueless. It didn't work this time. The reality is they are getting killed on technology and capacities that Amazon build. You can't M&A your way out of that.

Bezos made us overpay for Flipkart. We made a mistake on that one. It won’t keep Bezos out of India. It will only hamstring us from investing in our US business-which is something we desperately need to do. Instead this will pressure us to harvest the US business even further.

We may have just bought our own downfall. Sad.

If Walmart didn’t have its head up its butt where ecommerce is concerned, they wouldn’t have acquired ML (aka Money Loser) and his unprofitable company to begin with.

Doggie is overpaying, with US taxpayer cuts, for a loss making Indian ecommerce company. That is already losing to Amazon in India. Media describes this deal as a “coup” for Flipkart owners, cant blame them when WMTmanagement Doggie is this incredibly, amazingly stupid.
