nobody on the Board even has any Tech industry experience...DuPont, Shell, Pharma, Electrical, Credit Card company, etc.

Whenever we get a notice about executives changing jobs there are always s----ups who comment on the notice to congratulate them. that is just how some people try to keep their jobs and in IBM it sometimes works.

Nah...in IBM Land, it’s never the Plan that failed. It’s the “implementation of the Plan.” The Plan is always perfect, you see. All hail the Plan! IBM executives are walking jokes. Nobody in my unit has any respect for most of the ones we are top-loaded with.

How in the world can a Board of Directors allow this to happen? By any metric she has been a failure. What a disgrace to the shareholders and employees. Even Warren Buffet has voted with his capital and divested of IBM. Tom Watson would roll over in his grave.
