Is commission factored in with severance or just the two weeks per year? I’m in NEM and was let go today. My 6 year anniversary was late July, figures, will probably just get 10 weeks pay instead of 12. My day off so I haven’t been in store yet, received phone call about it.

I was a solutions manager that was laid off two weeks ago and commission was part of my severance. Your GM should have given you a sheet of paper with the HR friendly reasoning behind you being laid off at the top. Some other crap afterwards. At the bottom will be the breakdown of your severance. Like I said earlier, it should include commission. Good luck
They will pay commission only if you've earned commission.
Savage that they did it on your day off. Anyways it’s just 2 weeks per year. Non commission
