AES scores are out

How'd your area do? My area was ok at about 45% but heard of another that got a dismal rating. Like unheard of negative sentiment, less than 25% engagement.

My manager at home office is on the hunt to figure out who rated them low. They even asked me if I thought someone was disgruntled.

Last year they got rid of folks that gave a bad rating.

So don’t kid yourself. They use these surveys to figure out who the malcontents are and get rid of them.

Ha. I remember there was one co, a real extra-crispy douche, who would sit in the training room during peak hours when peeps would be filling out the surveys.

He'd be all loud, " Now remember, give us good marks or I'll coach yoooou, hahahaha!" And "it's anonymous, sure....but you have to log in to fill it out, ahahaha!"

That c--- muncher alone is why I STILL delight at this Egyptian job loss curse that befell the cooze co's ●□♤>

AES is to deceive associates in to thinking the Company cares about them. Trust me they don’t!
