Has Verizon found an Age Discrimination loop hole?

Quote from the Visible Brand Manager...

...“Visible chose Denver as their headquarters for a multitude of reasons but the main ones being that the population of Denver has a good cross section/melting pot of millennial culture and they are focused on creating a company with millennials at the core and hiring employees that embody the brand,” Veen said in an email. “There’s great tech talent here which is great for hiring and the accessibility to the east and west coasts made Denver the perfect spot to build and grow Visible.”...

So, with one hand VZ is ushering out older employees, while VZ's new Wireless Service Provider is blatently recruiting millennial only.

This is very similar to what IBM...

iBM's philosophy was/is...

"The message was clear. To succeed at the new technologies, the company must, in the words of the presentation, “become one with the Millennial mindset.” Similar language found its way into a variety of IBM presentations in subsequent years."

Well the thing is that Lowell and Marni could not figure out what millenials wanted so maybe millenials know what millenials want. Those 2 thought people wanted AOL and Yahoo.
