I have a bunch of Oracle stock I've been holding on to and the stock price should go through the roof.

I'd unload that stock before mid-June announcements come out. I don't think it's going to be good news.
It will depend on what the results are for the quarter.
If there are cuts, Oracle may not announce them, then there will be no effect on the stock price.
Corollary: If making cuts brought the stock price up, Oracle would be announcing all the layoffs, but they don't do that, do they. So, I don't expect that cuts will make the stock price go up.
The stock price has historically gone up when the company makes cuts.
