Upper management said "what made us successful in the past will doom us in the future...retial" No surprise here verizon retail will shrink dramatically in the years to come. The majority of sales will be web based. Brick and mortar is dying a slow death

Sounds about right. They weren't going to continue to pay people 60k+ when they can pay some fresh out of high school kid $9/hr. Verizon is cutting costs... Who didn't see this coming!
