It’s time we as employees fight back. Sign your union cards and let’s plan a walk out. If everyone calls out on the same day maybe the company will realize some of us have kids, families, mortgages, and have worked for the companies for decades.
We give our all for this company only to be sh-- in constantly about not selling enough hums, slamming the five customers that we get a day in our store. They don’t backfill our positions when reps leave but we are expected to bend over backwards for the company as sales, customer service, and lapdog? No more. It may be too late to save our jobs but it’s not too late to fight back.
