GTO was pretty miserable in the last few years. It had its good moments a while back.
Is GTO the worst because it has a big chunk of mortgage? Because I was betting on mortgage. Even legal, risk and compliance for mortgage is a beating
I have worked all over the organization - GTO is absolutely the worst, and Global HR runs a close second.
GTO is the worst. I can see why they moved our area from Jax to Simi and Tampa. The manager’s are horrible and let one individual that was demoted from being a manager instead of being fired run the show. It disgusts us to see that there are individuals that really want to stay with the bank, but do not want to take a chance working with that individual. Pretty sad.

CRT! The egomaniac, that at one time was the site lead in JAX, ruined it for all. Especially since CRT upper management was too scared to fire the malicious psychopath! We still have to witness her shenanigans!
