@TB6LB4W-2iyo yeah but these young 'uns have no experience and will fly the coop after some training and when they realize what a place they have come to. Same thing in India and China for past 10 -15 years.
Oracle is hiring hundreds to thousands in Hubs and in OD. They built the Austin campus and have Hubs across North America and the world. They are hiring cheaper talent that is much younger. The intent is to train them up while they reduce the force in the field through attrition and layoffs. That is the goal.
Yes they are hiring. Not sure why people on these boards can't understand that you can have layoffs and hiring at the same time. Oracle is replacing experienced and what they believe is expensive head count with the Class Of College Grads and the Hub Sales Consultants and Customer Success Managers. Geez people are dense. This is for sales of course. Similar models starting to be applied in Dev.

Oracle cloud is horrible.
No customer wants to buy it.
Oracle has been forcing it on people through audits.
Even then, the customers won't use it, so CSMs log in as customers to fake the use of cloud credits.
Cloud failure ==> no sales ==> more layoffs.
If you have any dignity left, find a job. Oracle is not a real job.
