"Looting, Rapping and Pillaging the company and all of us that work for crumbs."

I agree, but their rapping is the worst. They need to take some lessons from LL Cool J!

I will give some of the top managers and execs some credit, some are so incompetent that they piss away their trove so at least you know they will be back at it --let's just hope the industry smartens up and recognizes them and they feel the pain they have put a lot of hard working employees in.

overall you are correct, given the payouts they take they are very unlikely to feel the hurt. It is a shame as WFT was a fine company with a lot of good products and people, management did us no favors.

This goes well beyond recent history, execs come in make a loot, deliver no results, close bad deals, take their sack of money and out of there....crushing on their yachts during wine. Share holders and employees screwed.

This is why I don’t mind going without a pay increase and my bonus being pulled back as well as my 401k match being pulled and the furlough days. Heck this is why over 50% of my fellow works are no longer here ——-for the good of the company.

Or at least the gods of a few at the company.

Note. I’m sure they took a cut on bonus and those go workers, that was just a KPI that had to be met as well. Sure the support staff is another, wonder if they’ll make it to under 25% support to become a leader in that category or not

All animals are equal. But some are more equal than others. It’s always the lowest price fare in the company plane.
