Some people are just choosing to try to convince themselves all is well, and it doesn’t help that they are being told things like,”Keebler is getting back into dsd”, “we got your back, your job is safe”! People hear what they want! Changes are coming, no doubt. Cannot keep doing things as we are now, Mondelez is in the business to make money.

Read some articles that are out there. Its not just gum. Execs are just like politicians, they sugar coat things. From what wallstreet analysts say N.A. results have been a disappointment. Gladdin says distribution network changes are coming.

That's good! Sounds like DSD is here too stay! NA is down due to gum sales. Thanks for sharing. I'm glad I didn't take another job offer. Good future here at Mondelez

When you say "kelloggs is killing nabisco right now...."

That is in you area they are targeting Kroger's it seems to see if it works

I have stores with 4-5ft sections of tates that the stores took from kebler.

The big chain out here just increased our shelf space and increased are weekly sale space because they dont wont to touch keebler.

Kebler is always empty on big items because they are only coming in on shippers and prds and the stores are not working them, there once a month rep is.

When the do see him he gets a couple displays takes some pictures and in less then a week they are killed are thrown in back room because they look like garbage. And you know who's there to put that stuff in the backroom for them? ME and I replace it with a new nabisco display

Anyone who brings up Kroger you do know they are not everywhere? Right?

And just because TATES is not big around doesn't mean it's not huge near me.

You guys are to concernd with you region and the the country as a whole

And yes I know Walmart is everywhere I think in my area we all have 1 per territory

The nabisco cheerleaders on here will tell u your job is safe when retailers take over ordering ful time is laughable or were to big to give up on dsd is really laughable the game is over the smart one see it over only the nabisco cheerleaders on here refuse to see reality

Kellogg is killing nabisco right now better pricing more shelf space mandated display programs dsd is soon dead at nabisco. A true sign dsd is dead at nabisco is when we changed are package count to accomadate the number that will fit on a shelf. Why would nabisco do that if dsd is staying don’t be a fool dsd is dead all nabisco is doing is getting their ducks in a row to pull the plug on dsd unfortunately your days are numbered

I've never even heard of Tate's until we bought them. A power brand? Not so sure about that. They bought them because people want a more natural product and not the overly processed frankenstien food. Thats the current trend. Not sure when or if dsd ends but I can't see people paying a premium price for cookies and crackers that aren't when all the competition is much cheaper.

You need to look again!! We are down! Why do you think we got a new CEO? To turn things around! Changes CEO will implement will come within first year of his position, historically that’s how that works. Worthless to discuss with someone such as yourself, you should really educate yourself a little as to trends in retail, do you see how things are evolving? We are exactly like Keebler, our supply chain was exact! Moving Mondelez to warehouse will be easy, just need to put the final pieces in place! Heard from a number of higher up at Kroger that we are going warehouse! They have never had a dsd go CAO without the plans of going warehouse! Frito will eventually just move to drips and their drivers will likely merchandise. Stores can more than handle our amount of product, no problem at all!!!

How are we down, when dirk himself says biscuit in North America is Up

Did you even listen,

Gum and issues with waste in plants is why we are down this year after we are in biscuit. You also shoul so far

Chocolate throws off the numbers in other areas because in the US we make nothing on Cadbury because Heresy owns that business.

Our biscuit sales and margin is similar to the other regions with established businesses. The growth in emerging markets comes from the fact that in these markets the items where not carried or where imported in at crazy prices

The nabisco cheerleader below is now telling u tate’s Is a power brand what a joke the game over dsd is dead

Dirk’s changes will occur now, not in 5 years! If he doesn’t turn things around he won’t be the CEO in two years! That’s why they hired him! Dsd is over for Mondelez, quit trying to convince yourself otherwise!

Tate's is another power brand to add to our list. No way we exit DSD now thanks to purchasing Tate's!

One team one dream!

Getting stronger everyday!

Keebler wishes they never left!

We're killing them out there!

Some of those stores dont even get full cases of our product when in comes in like CVS sometimes it comes in totes as eachs you guys really stretching out what those stores vs grocery stores

I'm surprised you didn't say 7-11, I'm taking real grocery store not stores that with us would be lucky to get a 40 case order a quarter. In those warehouses we have nothing

Big lots is a liquidator not a store for US

Kmart has like a 3ft section

You are listing convenience stores not grocery stores of course little stores have always been done like that none of those warehouses are delivering to real stores

Me too! Dollar General, Family Dollar, Save a lot, speedway, Big Lots, K Mart, independent Grocers etc.etc.

Nabisco has a warehouse system already in place.

They're just waiting for Kroger and Walmart to be ready for it.

Game Over!

The only mondelez distribution channels for cookies is DSD the reason TATEs has a low market penetration is because warehouse space it super expensive.

Kelloggs went warehouse because they already had most of there proudut there

We have nothing in there and existing companies will do everything they can to stop other companies from going in there

Kelloggs added 10-15% more of there items to there existing warehouses deals and contracts. MDLZ would have to add 100% of our product to warehouses as a new company I dont think that's as easy as you might think.

If it is there plan to go warehouse it will at the end of dirk's 5 year plan not at the beginning

Dirk said Tates will utilize DSD to share holders to increase market penetration if you listened to him.

We are a public traded company its illegal to lie to shareholders

Did you even listen to that?

Good listen. Dirk said they are committed to DSD. No plans of leaving DSD in the near future. Wants to brand Tate's into DSD structure. We're not going anywhere folks. Just heard it from the CEO him self. We're not Keebler.
