This is no lie, hum is being redesigned, they are taking away the Bluetooth speaker. I sat in a meeting about it yesterday, we were told that the speaker was a " reminder " , when people look at it it reminds them that they don't use the hum yet they are paying for it. You can't make this stuff up, the facilitator said " out of sight, out of mind". So this product is so awesome that we now want the customer to forget that they have it. WTF Verizon!
