The OP is as misleading as those who insist that a monster layoff is imminent.
There has been no pre-announcement stock run up, it has been merely tracking the market. Wall St. does not appear to be bullish on ORCL. That could change if it beats expectations AND provides strong guidance, which based on the past few quarters appears to be unlikely,
