Too late, morale is way down, plenty of good folks have left SWN for better companies and let's be honest...SWN will never be what it once was. Anyone with sense would seek employment elsewhere, management is dragging this out and it's not fair to those of us who work hard. I'm here each day, but have mentally checked out. I'm looking elsewhere, but the "SWN" experience of employment hasn't helped!
